Boardroom Bookings
our boardroom is the perfect spot for larger bookings, corporate breakfasts, workshops, mother’s groups or private work meetings
Separated from the cafe with beautiful wooden doors, we can comfortably seat 12 people (up to 18). You’ll have access to a wall mounted tv for presentations, filtered water, two onsite bathrooms, free parking, sound proofing, air con, music system, free wifi and our full a la carte or catering menu
minimum spend of $20 per person for a maximum of two hours (minimum 6 people)
hire fees
(This gives you exclusive and private
use of the boardroom)
half day hire $175
all day hire $275 (6.30am - 2.00pm)
table service is available upon request
payment is required upon booking
Please note, half and full day hire is
not available on saturday or sunday
Frequently asked questions
Why is there a fee to use the room?
The boardroom is a functional part of our cafe and is used on a daily basis. It extends our seating capacity from 40 to 52 and is a very popular table among guests!
If you require the space exclusively for more than 2 hours, a hire fee will apply
i want to book a table for 4 and i would like
to be in the boardroom
If you don’t require the room to be exclusively yours, there will be no hire fee. However please note, We will seat other guests in there if we require the space
I want to book a table for 12 but I don’t have
to be in the Boardroom
We will automatically place you in the best possible spot. If the boardroom is available, we may choose to set your table in there. If this is the case, no hire fee will apply

Can I BYO food and Drink?
Unfortunately, no. We have a team of chefs who will cook up some incredible food and our baristas will ensure you havE A DELICIOUS HOT OR COLD BEVERAGE
do you offer alternative catering?
yes absolutely! We can organise sit down set menus, pre-orders or group platters to suit your booking
Cakeage
Cakeage is $3.00 per person if we are required to cut and plate. There is no cakeage fee if guests bring their own plates and don't require plating
Functions
Are you looking for somewhere to host your next party, workshop or event? No matter the occasion, we can help you host a function to remember - for all the right reasons!
We have 'hire only' packages available, or we can completely take the stress off your shoulders by arranging all food and drinks too. We can happily provide grazing boards or cocktail foods for yourself and your guests to enjoy!
With two onsite bathrooms, baby changing facilities, free WIFI and parking we are able to cater to your requests
Our space is available for hire Monday to Friday after 3pm, Saturdays after 3pm, and Sundays after 2pm
